My food journey began as a college student in Baton Rouge, LA. The incredible flavors, spices and character of that cuisine captivated me and led me on a life-long journey to train in the art of cooking cuisines from around the world. That was 25 years ago and thousands of hours in the kitchen, on the grill and BBQ pit later.
In 2022 I had the incredible privilege of cooking for Gordon Ramsay as a competitor on Season 13 of MasterChef on Fox. That journey led me to a semi-final finish and sparked my professional cooking career. From catering gigs to sold-out fine dining pop-up events, The Bowl Project represents my passion for creating high-quality, ultra-fresh global cuisine experiences.
From Texas-style BBQ to the freshness of the Mediterranean, the sweet tastes of Hawaii to the spiciness of Mexico, or the aromatics of Indian Tikka to the boldness of Jerk chicken – my bowl experiences are crafted to let your guests explore the great flavors, textures and cuisines of the world.
From scratch-made sauces, the highest quality produce and marinated & charcoal finished meats, my mission is to serve the highest-quality catered food available anywhere.
