Inspired by a friend from my Masterchef journey, this taste of Hawaii has an incredible array of flavors and textures. Sweet, tangy, creamy, crunchy and charcoal flavors come together in this fun, creative bowl. Huli Huli means “turn, turn” in Hawaii and is how this classic meat is prepared by frequent turning over hot coals. It’s how we do it too.
Marinated Chicken Thigh

Full service – we set-up at your location, serve guests in queue and clean-up. You eat! Up to two (2) hour service window. All utensils provided. Self-service – we drop off food and utensils just before service, set-up food stations and your guests serve themselves. We return later and pick up our boxes and utensils.
