How much food is provided?
My motto is “No one leaves hungry!” While our bowls are designed to be more than enough for one portion per person, we include cushion to ensure more than enough food for every paid for guest. Because of our full-service portion control, we are able to provide a premium food product at competitive prices.
Difference between full and self-service?
Full-service means our staff will build and serve bowls individually to your guests in a queue. Self-service will drop off the food to your location and create cohesive food stations for your guests to build their own bowls. Both services include all napkins and utensils.
How long is the service window?
Our Full-service window is typically 1-2 hours depending on your event. Dessert course can extend this window. We generally set-up at least 30 min prior to service unless we cook proteins on site (outdoors) on our charcoal grills. In that case, at least one hour prior access is required.
What is included in the pricing?
Everything. And we mean everything! We want this to be a seamless experience with no surprises. Includes:
- All contracted food and production
- Utensils, plates, napkins
- Labor and gratuity
- Waste disposal
- Taxes
Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely! I am Serve Safe Certified Food Handler, hold a $1M business insurance policy and my food production facility is licensed by Franklin County, OH.
Are you personally onsite at events?
Yes! I serve at all of my events and love interacting with guests abou tthe food and my Masterchef experience, taking selfies and providing a fun experience.
Do you offer desserts?
Yes! I offer a limited menu of homemade desserts that par nicely with each menu on an a la carte basis. Might have a bit of a sweet tooth 😉
How long in advance do I need to schedule?
If an open date is available, I generally require two weeks notice. And sooner and it’s gonna cost ya 😉
What are payment terms?
50% down (nonrefundable if you cancel) on booking the date. Remaining 50% no later than 3 days prior to event. Cash, check and Venmo accepted.
Can you substitute menu items?
Bowl Project menus are designed to be a cohesive experience of that regions food and each has been extensively tested and improved upon. That said, I can make small alterations to recipes to accommodate food allergies. Just ask!
