Caribbean Jerk

This bowl features the big flavors of Jamaica. I have spent countless hours and hundreds of pounds of chicken perfecting this recipe that starts with whole allspice berries, fresh thyme, ginger and habaneros. It’s rich and spicy (but not too spicy) with a touch of citrus. The marinated chicken is finished over hot coals. One of my personal favorite bowls!

Jerk Chicken

Marinated chicken thigh, basted and cooked over hot coals and bathed in spicy jerk sauce

Island Rice & Beans

White rice, cilantro, coconut milk, spiced black beans

Spiced Black Beans

Fresh black beans, soaked and simmered in rich spices and vegetable stock. 

Caribbean Corn Salad

Roasted corn, red onion, habanero, pineapple, cilantro, lime

Plantain Rum Fritter

Deep fried plaintain fritter, rum

Scallion Ranch Sauce

Creamy, scallion ranch dressing

Chopped scallion

$18-23 per person

Full service – we set-up at your location, serve guests in queue and clean-up. You eat!  Up to two (2) hour service window. All utensils provided. Self-service – we drop off food and utensils just before service, set-up food stations and your guests serve themselves. We return later and pick up our boxes and utensils.

20 person minimum.
