The Bowl Project : a story of culinary exploration

Coming home from filming Masterchef in 2023 I was deeply inspired to turn this experience into a professional cooking journey. I dove into fine-dining-type tasting dinners, offered elevated catered fare and generally searched for what would be my “lane” in the cooking world. 

Everything brought me back to the two driving forces behind my passion for cooking. Curiosity and exploration. It’s what excites me most about cooking along with the proper challenge of understanding and executing cuisines from around the world. So I found myself spending countless hours in the kitchen working on a specific cuisine. Over and over again until I had the flavors, techniques and soul of the food down.

The Bowl Project is bigger than food. It’s a way to connect with and explore other cultures through their cuisine. It respects tradition and authenticity while adding modern twists. The project is as much about feeding you as it’s my vehicle for cooking exploration.

From Texas-style BBQ to the freshness of the Mediterranean, the sweet tastes of Hawaii to the spiciness of Mexico, or the aromatics of Indian Tikka Masala to the boldness of Jerk chicken – my bowl experiences are crafted to let your guests explore the great flavors, textures and cuisines of the world.

The Bowl Project is a premium, full-service catering company. From scratch-made sauces, the highest quality produce and marinated & charcoal finished meats, my mission is to serve the highest-quality catered food available anywhere. We’ll provide all set-up, food service, utensils, clean-up and when possible, on-site outdoor cooking over our portable charcoal grills.
