This bowl features the big flavors of Jamaica. I have spent countless hours and hundreds of pounds of chicken perfecting this recipe that starts with whole allspice berries, fresh thyme, ginger and habaneros. It’s rich and spicy (but not too spicy) with a touch of citrus. The marinated chicken is finished over hot coals. One of my personal favorite bowls!
Jerk Chicken

Full service – we set-up at your location, serve guests in queue and clean-up. You eat! Up to two (2) hour service window. All utensils provided. Self-service – we drop off food and utensils just before service, set-up food stations and your guests serve themselves. We return later and pick up our boxes and utensils.
