Mexican cuisine has so many styles and flavors it’s tough to put into one box. This first Mexican bowl is inspired by Northern Mexican fare – namely chile verde. The pull-a-part tender pork shoulder is seared then braised in an rich green chili sauce, then smothered with fresh sauce for service.

Full service – we set-up at your location, serve guests in queue and clean-up. You eat! Up to two (2) hour service window. All utensils provided. Self-service – we drop off food and utensils just before service, set-up food stations and your guests serve themselves. We return later and pick up our boxes and utensils.
